- April 1 – September 5, 2023: WSA Palestine call for nominations
- September 6 - October 1 2023: National Jury
- October 5 - October 15 2023: Nomination for the National Winners
- 16 October - December 2023: International Jury
- 2024: WSA Global Congress and Winners Ceremony (tbc)
